Q. Will I be able to take the quiz multiple times?
Yes, you can take the quiz as many times as you wish.
Q. How long will I be able to access to the quiz?
You have indefinite access to the quiz.
Q. Can I save my quiz?
The quiz can be saved and the results can be reviewed at a later date if you so wish. This will allow you to decide on the areas that you need to focus.
Q. Can I access the quiz from home or work?
The quiz can be accessed from anywhere, and you can use any device that connects to the internet to access the quiz.
You may also use your mobile device to access the quiz.
Q. How authentic are the quiz questions?
The quiz questions are very similar to the Real questions asked in the actual certification exam.
If we made the questions any more real, we would be infringing on SAP’s copyright!
Q. I am planning to take my test only after six months. What happens if the patterns/syllabus changes in the meantime?
We periodically update the quiz, whenever the syllabus or the pattern changes. You will automatically be doing the latest questions, when you do the quiz.
Transaction Security
Q. Is it safe to buy on your site? I cannot see any ‘Hacker Safe’ or equivalent logo.
Our Primary Payment Processor is PayPal. You can pay using your Credit/Debit card or using your PayPal account.
We NEVER see your financial information. When you click on the ‘Buy Now’ or ‘Click here to Pay’ button, you leave our website and go to our Payment processor’s secure website.

Purchase Process FAQs
Q: When/How will I be able to access the Certification/Interview Questions after I have made the payment?
Our published guidelines are that you will be sent a link to download/access the material within 24 hours of your purchase.
In a majority of cases however, you will be sent a link within 12 hours itself.
Kindly make sure you add our email address admin@myerp-training.com to your safe list so that the email with the download/access link does not end up in your junk folder.
Q. I live in country XYZ and am trying to buy using my credit card, but the transaction is not going through?
Our payment processors (Clickbank and Paypal) use very stringent security checks in order to completely safeguard your credit card details.
Due to this, occasionally, perfectly valid cards may not be accepted.
In this case, the alternative is either to try a different card, or get in touch with us directly.
Video Training
Q. Where will you send the download link?
A. You will be using our industry standard Payment Gateway by PAYPAL.
While making the payment, you will be asked for your email address.
We will send the download link to this email address.

Q. Do you give any certificate for completing the training?
A. We are not officially affiliated with SAP AG and hence are unable to provide you with a certificate.
Q. I do not have a credit card. How can I pay?
A. Kindly visit our alternative payment page or get in touch with us at: admin at myerp-training.com for alternative payment methods.
Q. Will I be able to get a job after doing this training?
A. The training by itself will not get you a job. However, if you understand the topic well (which this training will help you to do), and get yourself certified, then you have a decent chance to get a job as a junior consultant.
Q. Do I need to be connected to the internet to access the study material?
A. No, you can download the study material and have it with you permanently. However, to access the videos, you need to be connected to the internet.
